Benji and the Saltwater Sound System

Since their formation in summer 2016/17, Benji and the Saltwater Sound System have hit the shore running. The groups original tunes have matured quickly after being exposed to audiences at a snowballing number of live shows and high profile festivals slots. The group has selected a handful of these songs to form the bands first EP titled Coming Up for Water, which was released in Winter 2018. Benji and the SSS fuse pacific flavours with the raw sounds of the Australian East Coast. Add to this beautifully poignant lyrics and skillfully blurred genres and you have a sonic snapshot of the current South Coast NSW coastal lifestyle.
