For many artists, touring is all about the destination. For JK-47, his Great Southern Nights journey to Boggabilla was just as much about everything that happened along the way.
The Bundjalung rapper travelled to the small north-west NSW community, where music became a gateway to something much bigger: connection, culture and community.

Spending time with locals, sharing stories and getting to know the people who call Boggabilla home, JK-47's visit was a reminder of the unique experiences that can happen when live music reaches beyond the major cities.
Culminating in a special community event at The Block, families, friends and neighbours gathered on Gamilaroi Country, joining JK-47 for celebration of music, culture and togetherness.

But as you'll see in the video below, some of the most memorable moments happened away from the stage. From time spent with local young people to exploring the region and learning more about the community, JK-47's visit captures the spirit of what Great Southern Nights is all about - creating meaningful connections through live music in every corner of New South Wales.
